A tribute to craftsmanship, function and form, we have collaborated with blacksmith Fredrik Spåre to create a bread knife that is just as natural in a restaurant kitchen as it is in the living room of your home.

Handcrafted in Örebro from Swedish stainless steel, this 24 cm long knife is designed to handle more than just bread. The serrated blade provides precision even in vegetables with soft insides and hard skins such as tomatoes, zucchini or celeriac.

The knife has been developed exclusively for Bar Schiacciate and reflects our philosophy: uncompromising craftsmanship, long durability and a sense of authenticity.

All knives are delivered with a clear care sheet and are covered by lifetime support for sharpening and simple repairs - as long as the knife has not been abused (e.g. washed in a dishwasher).
